After Week 4 of the 2010 season, Carroll and newly acquired GM John Schneider orchestrated a trade that brought Marshawn Lynch to Seattle. Despite the red flags associated with Lynch, the trade would become a monumental acquisition and an integral part of a forthcoming change in culture for the organization.
